Talk to us
Tell us about your week.
We are a small team and you will be talking to the people who build it. The fastest first conversation is a short email with the four things below in it.
Not ready to write it yet? Common questions, answered →
What to tell us
- Your event, and the city it runs in
- When it runs, and when you lock your venue roster and sponsor packages
- Roughly how many restaurants
- What you use today: a printable passport, a vendor’s app, or nothing yet
That second one matters more than it looks. Nobody publishes their sponsorship deadline, and it decides whether we are talking about this year or next.
See it first
You don’t have to take our word for any of this. Every one of these is a live production app. Open one on your phone, browse the roster, check the map, look at the Passport.
The commercial bit
You’re the only one who pays us.
We quote it once we know what your event involves, so there is no price list here. Who pays, though, is simple.
Youpays
One agreement, with the organizer. That is the entire commercial relationship.
Your restaurantspays nothing
Nothing, and there is no mechanism for us to charge them. Whatever you ask venues to contribute is between you and them.
Your sponsorspays nothing
Nothing. A Sponsor on FoodWeek is a name, a logo and a link on your event. We display it, and that is the whole of it. We sell them nothing.
Your attendeespays nothing
Nothing. The app is free, there is no in-app purchase, and there are no ads in it.
Which also means there is nothing in the app quietly working against your event: no ad network, no upsell, and no third-party tracker collecting your attendees on someone else’s behalf.
