What you walk away with

Give your restaurants real numbers.

When the week is over, most organizers can say it went well and not much else. FoodWeek counts what happened at every venue, so you can tell each of your restaurants how theirs went.

During

Which item is winning, live.

Six counter cards in a row across the top of the event screen: 842 users, 1045 favorites, 2395 stamps, 622 ratings, 3946 visitors, 18204 views.
Sample figures

Six counters at the top (attendees, favorites, stamps, ratings, visitors and page views) over a table of every Food Item in the event: its photo, how many people favorited it, how many stamped it, its average rating, and the full one-to-five histogram behind that average.

Sorted by stamps, and current whenever you open it. Part way through the week you can see which items are doing well and which venues are getting missed.

When somebody emails to say they had a problem or forgot to get their stamp, look them up on the event’s Users tab: you get every stamp they have earned, when it happened, and which venue it came from. Add the missing one by hand and it is on their passport the next time they open the app.

Sold out at one location and not the others? Mark that one, and set it to clear itself overnight so nobody has to remember to un-flip it in the morning.

After

One page per restaurant, ready to forward.

A one page restaurant recap. A letterhead with the week and the organizer, the venue name and the event dates, five figures across the top for views, stamps, favorites, ratings and average rating, a five to one star histogram beside a placing of third of eight by stamps, a bar per day of the week for views, favorites and stamps, and a table listing each item with its own views, stamps, favorites, ratings and average.

The recap

There is a single page for each venue: their items rolled up into views, stamps, favorites and an average rating, the star histogram, a bar per day of the week, and where they placed against the rest of the field. It prints or saves as a PDF if you want to send it on, and rating rank is left off when too few people rated to make it meaningful.

Sharing them is entirely up to you. Nothing is sent to a restaurant unless you send it.

The exports

Ten CSV downloads, each with email, name, and the fraud-review column:

  • Everyone who took part
  • Everyone who favorited something
  • Everyone who earned a Stamp
  • Everyone who reached a given Tier
  • Per Food Item: all, favorited, or stamped
  • Per Restaurant: all, favorited, or stamped

Everyone on them signed up through your app, and the list is yours.

Reaching them again

Push, aimed at people rather than everyone.

Write the message, pick who gets it, and watch the reach count update as you choose, so you see “will reach about 412 people · 517 devices” before you send. Send now, save a draft, or schedule it.

One Stamp short of a Tier

They are one restaurant away from a prize and probably do not realise it.

Riverside Burger Weeknow

One more for the gift cards

You’re one stamp from $250 in restaurant credit. Three days left to pick it up.

Favorited something, never stamped it

They marked a dish to come back to and have not been yet.

Harbor Taco Weeknow

Still on your list

The Baja Crispy is one you hearted. It’s on until Sunday.

Came to a previous event

Everyone who took part last year, on opening morning.

Midtown Pizza Weeknow

Pizza Week is back

Thirty-one restaurants, seven days, starting this morning. Your passport is already in the app.

Stamped a particular restaurant

Everyone who stamped a given venue, or a given item.

Old Mill Bourbon Weeknow

The Copper Skillet added a second pour

They’re running the barrel-proof flight for the rest of the week.

Those four messages are examples rather than templates: you write your own. Six starters do ship, pre-filled with your event’s own wording, and every send is recorded with its message, its audience and how many devices it reached, so the history says who each past push actually went to.
